The Problem

As one of the fastest growing Influencer agencies in the world, Whalar wanted to raise awareness among senior brand marketers around their mission to liberate the creative voice. They sought to build brand presence across Europe as a democratizing force for brands and creators, whilst educating marketers on how to stay on top of the influencer game.

Problem Solved

The Drum ideated, curated and produced a one-day digital festival to take marketers on a journey across the world of influencer marketing – 'Whalar Influencing the World’ day. Sourcing key industry voices, and curating engaging discussions, we tackled the biggest trends and topics of the moment.

The festival helped us explore how marketers can tap into the millions of influencers, tastemakers, creators and storytellers around the world to create long-term impact with audiences and unlock ROI as part of the integrated marketing mix.

Thought leaders from the likes of BBH, TikTok, Sky, Heineken, Philips and more shared their experiences and opinions. The content was dropped live on the day, and then made available on demand. An accompanying social campaign amplified the festival and on-demand content.
